Nike Air Max 90 Infrared Sneakers Cake
Two cakes carved into the shape of a pair of Nike sneakers! Covered in fondant with several cut out pieces of fondant to make all the details. Everything is edible. Cake flavor chosen was 'Ruby Red Velvet.'

Palms & Orchids Wedding Cake




This bright & beautiful 3-tier wedding cake was created for a wedding this past Saturday. Orange palms on cake match the invitations. Green & orange gumpaste orchids. Three different flavors chosen for each tier; coconut key lime, crazy for carrot, & chocolate bliss. Cake was delivered to the historic Bonnet House in Fort Lauderdale.

Heineken Beer Bottle Cake

Heineken Beer Bottle cake made for a client's boyfriend's birthday. Bottle was airbrushed and an edible image was used for the logos. Bottle cap made with fondant.

Bridal Shower Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made for Melissa’s Bridal Shower. Here colors were black, white, pink & hot pink. Cupcakes were covered with fondant and had a mix of monogram letters, zebra stripes, & flowers! Flavor chosen was Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Icing.

Coach “Scribble” Purse


Check out my latest creation… a Coach “Scribble” Purse. Client request the ‘C’s’ be in pink, purple, & lavender; which were each drawn by hand. Cake was made in a new way… by covering it in dark chocolate ganache instead of buttercream and then covered with fondant. Flavor chosen was Chocolate Bliss- Rich chocolate cake filled with layers of fluffy chocolate chip frosting & chocolate ganache. Check out the photo of the real Coach “Scribble” Purse below.

Silhouette Flower Cake

This is cake a Silhouette of a flower. Each piece was cut using an x-acto knife. Cake is covered with fondant. White Peony flower on top of cake is made out of gumpaste and I hand panted the tips to match the cake. Flavor chosen was Butterscotch Rum- Savory butterscotch- rum cake filled with layers of cream cheese frosting. Christmas Ornaments Cakes

Christmas Ornaments Cakes were created for the Beaux Arts- Festival of Trees event held at the Museum of Art in Fort Lauderdale on Friday, November 13th. This box of cake ornaments was a Silent Auction item. Flavor was Butterscotch Rum: Savory butterscotch- rum cake filled with layers of cream cheese frosting.
